Cat First Aid Kit List

Do you have a First Aid Kit for your feline on hand?

Cat First Aid Kit by healthycatdetective.com

Your cat is healthy, right? She is energetic, right? She jumps and runs and plays, right?

This can change in a blink of an eye. She can fall, get scratched, swallow something dangerous. Are you prepared?

My dear cat parents,

Today I want to talk about one of the most important purchases you can make for your feline friend – a Cat First Aid Kit.

We live in Miami and Kati only goes out on a leash were we have her in our sight the whole time. So do we need a First Aid Kit – the answer is YES!

Anything can happen. Even with supervision she can run after another cat and get into a fight, even worse, she can run after a raccoon or opossum and get into a fight with them.

Or she can climb up a tree and get scratched on the way down – down is always a problem for any cat.

Or maybe she gets a tick – not too common were we are, but one of the wild animals can carry one in our yard – who knows.

So, wherever you live you want to be prepared for an emergency.

There are many Pet First Aid Kits out there, but most of them come with some cheap tweezers and supplies that most of us probably already have at home.

So my suggestion is that you assemble your own kit. This kit can also be expanded in case there is a disaster like a hurricane, tornado or flood and you have to evacuate. Check out the optional supplies below.

So let’s talk about what we need:
